At Ageless Peps, we are committed to providing high-quality products, streamlined fulfillment, and the best possible customer experience for both individual customers and clinic partners. As our company grows, we continuously improve our inventory and fulfillment systems. Please review the following information regarding order processing, shipping timelines, and fulfillment policies.
Order Processing Times
Most orders are processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Please note:
- Orders placed after business hours may begin processing the following business day.
- Orders placed during weekends, holidays, promotions, or high-volume periods may require additional processing time.
Business days do not include:
- Saturdays
- Sundays
- Major holidays
Specialty Inventory & Extended Fulfillment Items
Some products may require additional fulfillment time due to inventory sourcing and specialty fulfillment coordination. These items are part of our Specialty Inventory collection and may not always be physically stocked in-house at the time of purchase; they will be shipped from our Lab.
Specialty Inventory items:
- remain available for purchase
- may require additional processing time
- may ship separately in most situations
Estimated fulfillment time for Specialty Inventory items is typically 5–10 business days. When applicable, extended fulfillment notices may appear directly on product pages.
Inventory Availability
Ageless Peps works hard to maintain product availability and accurate inventory information. Due to demand fluctuations and ongoing fulfillment coordination, inventory availability may occasionally change during order processing.
In some situations:
- products may require additional sourcing time
- fulfillment timelines may be adjusted
- orders may ship in multiple packages
Our goal is always to fulfill orders as quickly and efficiently as possible while maintaining quality control standards.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are based on total order value and fulfillment requirements. Current standard shipping tiers are as follows:

Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple products may occasionally ship separately depending on:
- inventory location
- fulfillment source
- specialty inventory status
- packaging requirements
If your order ships separately, we may provide multiple tracking numbers, and a note will be added to your customer portal stating which items will ship separately.
Tracking Information
Tracking information is typically sent once your order has been processed and packaged for shipment, and it is updated in your customer portal. Please allow time for carrier systems to update tracking scans after label creation; this can sometimes take up to 24 hours.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping addresses are entered correctly at checkout. Ageless Peps is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by:
- incorrect addresses
- incomplete address information
- carrier forwarding issues
- customer entry errors
Please carefully review all shipping information before submitting your order. Should we need to reship an order due to inaccurate information you provided, you will be charged the shipping cost.
Shipping Delays
While we work hard to process orders quickly, certain circumstances may occasionally impact fulfillment timelines, including:
- high order volume
- holidays
- weather conditions
- carrier delays
- specialty inventory supply chain interruptions

Temperature & Handling Considerations
Certain products may require additional packaging precautions depending on:

Customers are encouraged to retrieve packages promptly after delivery.
Returns
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products — and to maintain safety, quality, and compliance — Ageless Peps does not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

- For safety and quality assurance, products cannot be restocked or resold once they have shipped.
